Description
This highly interactive, online, self-paced course aims to prepare Justice Canada facilitators with the necessary fundamentals and steps to design effective online, instructor-led training. The course includes a workbook to practice applying the recommended course design steps; a checklist to self-assess assignments, and many resources for further reading. It is recommended for facilitators who are new to presenting virtually and for seasoned virtual facilitators who want to review current best practices on planning and delivering effective online classes. It is also relevant to SMEs who have little or no experience in delivering training.
Successful completion of a final quiz (70 % score) is required before participants can be enrolled in the online instructor-led Effective Virtual Training Workshop.
