Description

How to access the document libraries. Overview of the layout, folders, different views, ribbons, adding a document, document metadata, version history, copy/move/delete documents, search for documents, advanced searches, setting alerts, views. Using templates. Brief overview of using harmon.ie to move emails and attachments and creating new versions.

Client: Management Sector in collaboration with the Centre of Expertise for Learning and Professional Development (CoELPD).

Participants are responsible for adding their training activities to their Outlook calendars.
