This course is part of the Disclosure Project Management series offered by National eDiscovery and Litigation Support Services. Disclosure Project Management is the eDiscovery framework adopted by the Department of Justice.
This course introduces legal professionals to the different phases of Disclosure Project Management, Justice's adaptation of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model. Participants will learn about the roles and responsibilities of each party at each phase, as well as about useful resources that NeDLSS offers.
