Description
Do you want to take charge of your career path and get to know yourself better in order to maximize your full potential at work? This workshop is for you! The Competency Architect Workshop provides hands-on exercises and coaching to help you move forward in your career. Participants will learn how to link the competency architect cluster to the public service core competencies and to key leadership skills. Participants will also have the opportunity to self-assess their leadership skills in order to take inventory of what they posses and what skills they need to develop further. Finally, participants will learn how to define goals and objectives for their very own career development action plan.
Learning objectives:
- Identify competencies that aline with personal career goals
- Link their competencies to the Public Service core competencies and to key leadership competencies
- Prepare a personal competency development action plan with Specific-Measurable-Attainable-Realistic-Time bound (SMART) objectives as part of a 70-20-10 learning strategy.
