This course is looking at Gossip and its impact in the workplace. It explores how Gossip is a natural part of the human experience as well as when it will have a negative impact on individuals and the workplace. A certain amount of gossip in the workplace is inevitable. People want to know what is going on in the workplace and they like to discuss work-related issues and the people who they work with. This course will explore when and why gossip can have a negative impact on individuals and the workplace and will give participants the tools necessary to address it effectively.
