Description

As team leader, supervisor or manager, you will empower their employees by helping them to take charge of and manage their careers in this “Just-in-time” session on career conversations. Learn how to set the stage on coaching employees through the various phases of their careers and effectively engage with them via career discussions.

Learning objectives:

At the end of this activity, the learner (as manager) will be able to :

  • Coach their employees on how to plan and prepare for career conversations with you
  • Set objectives and clarify expectations regarding the employee's career path
  • Implement a step-by-step process to coach employees on the various stages of their career paths
