Description
Take charge of your career path and learn how to effectively prepare for a career conversation with your manager. This "Just-in-time" career development session will provide you with tools and sound advice on how to get the most out of the different stages of your various career conversations with your manager and lead you to the career you that you aspire for.
Learning objectives:
At the end of this learning activity, the learner will be able to:
- Plan and prepare for effective career conversations with their manager
- Follow a step-by-step process to plan for the various stages of their career path
- Gain knowledge of the different tools and resources available at Justice Canada to help plan their career path
