Description

This hands-on training session is intended for individuals who have been appointed the Site Administrator role and are comfortable navigating and working within the Digital Workspace (DW) environment while using the site actions menus and site features.

This course along with the DW Site Administrator – Permissions (course code 015391) course are mandatory sessions required to gain Site Administrator access to your site.

Note: Completion of the Digital Workspace (DW) Essentials and Features (course code 016902) course is recommended for all Justice employees.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completing this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  • Navigate the Site contents and App settings
  • Create document libraries, enabling versions and content types
  • Create folders and setting with default metadata values
  • Create public views
  • Configure the Quick Launch menu (left-hand menu bar)
  • Use the Multilingual Translation tool
  • Work with Lists (Apps)

Presented by: Digital Workspace (DW) Business team in collaboration with the Centre of Expertise for Learning and Professional Development (CoELPD).
