Description

This advanced course focuses on learning how to give your site a more appealing look while making it more functional for your site members.

This optional course is available to all Site Administrators. Completion of the two mandatory site administrator sessions is recommended prior to attending this session (see prerequisites below). You must be comfortable navigating through the basic site administrator features and settings prior to taking this course.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completing this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  • Edit existing site pages
  • Create new site pages
  • Add, modify and customize Web Parts
  • Build color-coded calendars (calendar overlay)
  • Create promoted links
  • Apply views to Web Parts on your site
  • Link your pages together to facilitate navigation
