This “Just-in-time” career development session on theinterview process will help you understand the importance being well prepared for the interview. This session will give you pointers on how to go about getting the most out of the interview process demonstrating your competencies.
Learning objectives:
At the end of the activity, learners should be able to better understand the interview process as to whatneeds to happen before, during and after; how to prepare using the STAR model; choose the right example that will demonstrate the right competency level; the key elements of communication and the do’s and don’ts of the interview process.
