Description

The objective of this online course is to provide managers with an overview of best practices for onboarding new employees and students. By using a contextualizing scenario, the manager is required to make decisions and interact with a new employee. In this way, the manager gains awareness of the impact of their onboarding decisions on the employee, their integration into the unit, and, more generally, to the Department.

Learning objectives:

By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the different stages, tasks and best practices of the onboarding process for new employees and students.
  • Support and ease the onboarding of the new employees and students.
