This online course is designed for current and new cardholders. It provides instructions to successfully process those transactions in the Integrated Financial and Material System (IFMS) that are in support of the new Acquisition Card (AC) process implemented in the Department since April 2018.
Learning objectives:
Upon completion of this learning activity, partcipants will be able to process AC transactions in the IFMS including:
- Reserving Funds
- Managing Card Documents
- Reconciling Transactions
- Preparing for the Responsibility Centre Manager's (RCM) Approval.
*New AC applicants: In order to receive your AC, you must complete this online course. Once completed, the Departmental Acquisition Card Coordinator will be notified and your application processed.
