Description
This hands-on training session is intended for individuals who have been appointed the Site Administrator role and are comfortable navigating and working within the Digital Workspace (DW) environment while using the site actions menus and site features.
This course along with the DW Site Administrator - Managing your site (course code 016365) course are mandatory sessions required to gain Administrator access to your site.
Note: Completion of the Digital Workspace (DW) Essentials and Features (course code 016902) course is recommended for all Justice employees.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completing this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Understand the basic concepts of group permissions and inheritance
- Set the various permission levels
- Create and manage permission groups
- Verify, modify and apply individual permissions on a site library or folder.
