Description
Designed and delivered by the Executive Counselling Services at the Public Service Commission's Personnel Psychology Centre, the focus of this learning activity is on what to expect and how to prepare for job interviews at the executive levels (EX and LC group).
***Please note that priority will be given to employees who have not already taken this course. Remaining seats will be distributed on a first come first serve basis.***
Topics Covered:
- Module 1: Establishing your knowledge base (Knowledge of the organization, Knowledge of the position and Self-Knowledge)
- Module 2: Understanding the Key Leadership Competencies (KLCs)
- Module 3: Preparing for the interview (format, structuring responses, type of questions, sample of questions)
- Module 4: Managing stress
Presented by: EX/LC Centre of Expertise, Human Resources Branch in collaboration with the Centre of Expertise for Learning and Professional Development (CoELPD).
