Please note that this course is open to Justice Canada legal professionals only (lawyers, notaries who are members of the Chambre des notaires du Québec and paralegals).
This course provides an introduction to public international law.

- What is public international law?
- Treaties
- Customary International Law
- The relationship between international and domestic law
- Treaties before Parliament
- International organisations
- International dispute settlement (including International Courts)
