Administrative law remedies available on judicial review will be examined in detail. A case study will provide participants with the opportunity to concretely apply the legal principles that were discussed.

Topics covered:

  • Overview of remedies available in judicial review
  • A detailed examination of each remedy (what they do, the applicable legal criteria, their use by courts)
  • Jurisdiction of courts to issue administrative law remedies (Federal Court and provincial superior courts)
