This online course is about new duties for parties to a proceeding and legal advisers under the new Divorce Act. This course will also address the amendments to the Divorce Act that encourage parties to use family resolution processes and family justice services.
Fixing and Application of the Standards of Review in Applications for Judicial Review
This course will provide participants with an understanding of the standards of judicial review and their significance in administrative law. By the end of the session, participants will understand the different standards of review and their application by the courts in reviewing administrative decisions in the federal context.
