Topics covered include various types of service contracts, goods procurement, purchase requisitions, and goods receipt (the initial step of invoice payment). Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the procurement process at the Department of Justice.

This course introduces EvMT’s case administrators and counsel to quality management and quality control. Legal professionals will learn the importance of quality control in document review, as well as why it is important to track decisions and use samples to doublecheck coding decisions.
