This session presents an introduction to the McGill Guide, the recognized standard for legal citation in Canada.

This course aims to introduce you to ethical issues that individual legal professionals may face in the course of their legal practice when participating in mediation, and engage you in identifying and assessing them.

In this interactive session, led by Doctor Jean-Luc LeBlanc, we will explore practical strategies to maintain mental health and build resilience in the workplace, especially when navigating the challenges of budgetary constraints.

This comprehensive 12-hour certification program offers a deep dive into the dual-continuum model, Canadian mental health statistics, and the various forms of stigma (self, public, and structural).

Through an interactive, eight-section curriculum, learners build the confidence to reduce stigma, recognize early indicators of distress, and apply the practical ALGES framework to offer supportive, non-judgmental assistance.
