Prior to registering for a learning activity, you should discuss your participation and receive your manager’s approval. All training should be included in your Learning and Development Plan, located in your Performance Management Agreement.

The Justice Managers Community Network invites all managers and supervisors to join us on an engaging panel discussion hosted in collaboration with the Workload Improvement Network (WIN), where experienced managers will share practical and innovative strategies they’ve implemented to manage and improve workload within their teams.
Justice Unveiled: Screening and Discussion
To commemorate Black History Month at the Ontario Regional Office of the Department of Justice, we will be screening “Journey to Justice,” directed by Roger McTair and provided by the National Film Board. We will also hear from two speakers to discuss equity, diversity, and inclusion issues; specifically where from where we have come, where we are now, and where we have yet to go, in society in general, in the Public Service, and in professional legal environments.
